House & Garden Bud XL has the unique ability to use enzymes to extract sugars from the plant's leaves and transfer them to the fruit or flowers. The fruit becomes sweeter and has a better taste. Bud XL increases the size and strength of the flowers, which leads to increased fruiting and, respectively, increased turnover.
Every enzyme has an optimal value. When this value is reached, the enzyme's activity is at its highest. If the enzyme's state is far from the optimal value, the structure can change abruptly, and the activity can decrease or the protein can lose its function.

Application: Use Bud XL during the flowering period. Prepare the food tank as follows: first add a basic nutrient (e.g. Soil A+B, Hydro or Cocos). Make sure the tank offers the correct pH and water conductivity. Then add Bud XL. The tank is ready for the first watering.
Tip: Start adding Bud XL after the first flowers have formed. During this period, the large bracts lose their function. By adding Bud XL, you ensure that the plant's energy is not used to maintain the bracts, but to form the plant's flowers and fruits. Bud XL also extracts sugars from the bracts, retaining them in the flowers or fruit.
