At the heart of the COGr line is the COGr tile. This tile consists of a complex mixture of coconut kernel, coconut fiber and coconut granules.

Just 2 fields to fill in
- COGr plates are pressed and supplied dry, which facilitates transport and storage, see (1).
- To prepare them for use, COGr plates must first be soaked and buffered in the specially prepared CANNA COGr buffering agent.
- Dilute the COGr buffer agent with water at a ratio of 1:500 and adjust the pH to 5.5-5.8.
- Add ± 12.5 liters of diluted buffer fluid to the COGr plate using a watering can or hose, see (3).
- The drainage slits are made before or after the addition of the COGr buffering agent, depending on the system you are using, see (4).
- Leave the COGr in the COGr buffering agent for 24 hours to allow for complete conditioning. Allow excess moisture to drain from the plate and then make holes for the plant, see (5).
- COGr is now ready for planting, see (1).
- As soon as the plants are in the plate, we recommend using CANNA RHIZOTONIC. This stimulates root growth and facilitates rooting in the plate. More vigorous plants are formed, producing more productive plants. RHIZOTONIC can be added as a foliar spray. Can be applied through a watering system or drip irrigation, see (2).
- Start with COGr Vega with an EC of 1.5 mS / cm2, pH 5.5-5.8. See (3).
- Once the plants develop a good root structure, the dilution should be increased to 1: 250. Recommended EC: 1.8-2.4 mS / cm2, depending on the water quality and its EC.
- Use COGr Vega up to and including the first 2-3 weeks of the flowering period (12 hours light/dark). Once the growth reaches its peak and the formation of flowers begins, it is time to start using COGr Flores (dilution 1: 250; EC 1.8-2.7 mS / cm2; pH 5.5-5.8). See (1).
- During flowering, the plant needs more phosphate and potassium, which can be supplied by adding CANNA PK 13/14 for one week, 3 weeks before harvest. Result: additional yield. see (2).
- Stop giving COGr Flores one week before harvest.
- Just give water and CANNAZYM for the last week.
Reuse
- Thanks to its solid structure, COGr can be used 3 times without any problems or loss of quality.
- Collect the plant and move it above the mixing level, see (1).
- Rinse the COGr boards thoroughly with a double dose of CANNAZYM and let it sit for 24 hours, see (2).
- The COGr buffer agent is no longer needed, so you can start planting immediately, see (3).
Growing COGr in pots:
If you want to use COGr boards in pots, simply buffer the boards as normal and empty the contents into pots. You can dilute 1 liter pack of COGr buffering agent up to 500 litres. A pack of 2 liters of CANNA COGr nutrients (1 liter A, 1 liter B) make up 250 liters of complete nutrient substrate.
