Electromagnetic start-regulating device for sodium and metal halide lamps
This ballast allows the stabilization of the current supplied to the output while guaranteeing a greater stability of the light flow and therefore a longer duration of the lamps. Closed body type for further insulation and safety.

Safety
- The product is intended for use with high-intensity discharge lamps and high-intensity discharge reflectors.
- Electricity can cause death, so always use a circuit breaker with this product.
- Before doing anything with the device, make sure the power is turned off.
- After switching on, allow the unit to discharge by leaving it on for at least 3 minutes before switching off.
- The device and especially the lamp will become hot during use. If the lamp is on, let it cool for at least 3 minutes before touching it and never touch the lamp while it is on.
- Never stack the appliance on top of each other as the appliance dissipates its heat through its casing.
- Never turn on the device without the lamp and reflectors on.
- Be sure to use a lamp and reflector compatible with the device.
Installation
Please ensure that the device is on a stable, non-flammable surface and that there is sufficient ventilation around the device. Also, ensure that any protective plastic covering on the reflector is removed before turning on the system.
Troubleshooting
If the system does not work, turn it off, wait 30 minutes for the lamp to cool, and then unscrew the lamp and screw it back on tightly. Turn the device back on. If the lamp still does not work, contact us .
Chokes (ballasts) adjust the voltage supplied to the selected lamp, up to the working one for it and ignite the lamp by creating a high voltage pulse after the interruption of the current from the starter. Magnetic chokes are compact and cost-effective devices that are suitable for "lighting" lamps from 250W to 1000W. It is recommended that chokes be kept outside of smaller grow rooms, as they convert some of the electricity they absorb into heat and can thus contribute to an increase in temperature.
The choke is guaranteed against defects for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. During this period, the device can be returned to the seller with proof of purchase (receipt). If a defect is found, it will be repaired or replaced.
This warranty does NOT cover misuse of the device, accidental damage (abrasion, getting wet), repairs by unauthorized persons.
