CAUTION: These instructions must be followed to avoid possible injury, damage or accidents. The manufacturer of this lamp is not responsible for malfunctions, damage, burns or fires resulting from failure to follow the following instructions.

• Use the lamp with compatible electrical equipment. Use only UL and CSA approved choke.
• Keep the lamp from direct contact with rain, sleet or snow to avoid breakage due to temperature change.
• Mount the lamp firmly but without excessive force in the holder to reduce vibration.
• Do not use excessive force to avoid breaking the bulb. This is a vacuum insulated lamp and can burst.
• Replace the bulb if it is scratched, cracked or damaged.

Turn off the lamp and allow it to cool before moving it to avoid possible electric shock or burns. As a safety precaution, wear goggles when installing or removing the lamp. Replace the lamp at the end of its life cycle.

The lamp is guaranteed against defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period, the device can be returned to the seller with proof of purchase (receipt). If a defect is found, it will be repaired or replaced.

This warranty does NOT cover misuse of the device, accidental damage (abrasion, getting wet), repairs by unauthorized persons.
