The Bluelab EC pen is the latest innovation in handheld EC meters and is the ultimate solution when it comes to EC measurement.
Measure pH, conductivity and temperature on the go. The Bluelab Combo Meter provides ultimate convenience by taking care of all three fundamentals of nutrient absorption simultaneously.
Not only that, but this multi-parameter meter and its probes feature a brilliantly simple design. The Bluelab pH probe is easy to use, clean and calibrate; when the time comes, it's also easy to replace. Similarly, the Bluelab Conductivity Probe has straightforward functionality that does not require additional calibration.
How to use the Bluelab EC pen:
- The conductivity pen comes with a battery and is ready to use out of the box.
- The pen is factory calibrated.
- Press the power button to turn on the Bluelab Conductivity Pen.
- To turn off the pen, press and hold the power button until OFF is displayed.
- The pen will automatically turn off after 4 minutes to conserve battery power.
- Place the probe tip into your nutrient solution and wait for the reading to stabilize.
- Rinse under running tap water after use.

Calibration:
- Carefully remove the cover
- turn on/read the tester from the "ON/OFF" button
- press the button again to show "HOLD" on the display, then press the button again
- set up the tester for EC measurement by placing it in 2.77 buffer solution
- wait for the reading to stabilize, this may take up to 2 minutes
- when it stabilizes (stops flashing) hold the "CAL" button until the display shows "CAL".
- when the " ✓ " sign appears on the screen, you can be sure that the calibration was successful
After 30 days, the " ✓ " mark will disappear, which means it's time to clean and calibrate your EU tester again.
From the "SET" button, you can set the tester to measure EC from ppm 500 to ppm 600

The tester is guaranteed against defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period, the device can be returned to the seller with proof of purchase (receipt). If a defect is found, it will be repaired or replaced.
This warranty does NOT cover misuse of the device, accidental damage (abrasion, getting wet), repairs by unauthorized persons.
