As a dry plug, Dr. Dri stays clean, is extremely lightweight and easy to store and handle – simply add water to hydrate and it’s ready to use.

The structure of these blocks supports rapid and healthy root development while simplifying the entire propagation process. Here are the exact specifications:
- Composition: 90% coconut/10% peat – 100% natural, biodegradable substrate with excellent aeration.
- Block depth: 5 cm.
- Center hole: Yes (factory-shaped for easy insertion of seeds or clones).
- pH value: 5.7 ± 0.2 (optimal acidity for young plants).
- EC value: 0.8 ± 0.2 (electrical conductivity).
Operating instructions
- Purpose: Perfect for propagating seeds, cuttings and clones. Suitable for both hobby gardeners and high-capacity commercial nurseries.
- Preparation (Hydration): Soak the dry blocks in clean water (or a weak rooting solution) until they swell completely and absorb the moisture.
- Planting: Place the seed or cutting stem directly into the center hole.
- Transplanting: Once you notice healthy root development outside the block, transplant directly into the next pot or system with minimal stress to the plant.
