Perlite is used in different proportions depending on what plants it is used for. It can be used outdoors, for the production of seedlings , for transplanting flowers, shrubs and trees, as well as in pot cultivation. The ratio between agro perlite , soil and peat depends on the plants grown.
- Example application scheme for potted plants: mix 1 part agro perlite with 2 parts soil enriched with fertilizer.
- Example application scheme for seedling production: mix 2 parts agro perlite , 2 parts soil and 1 part peat.
